Mười Bảy Năm Trong Các Trại Cải Tạo.The Father Who Never Returned

After April 30, 1975, the communist government sent an estimated 200,000 to 300,000 (some say up to 1 million) former South Vietnamese military officers, government workers, intellectuals, and dissidents to forced labor camps called "re-education camps." Sentences ranged from weeks to 17 years. Prisoners endured forced labor, malnutrition, disease, torture, and daily self-criticism. The government burned the records. Survivors and their children remember. 🕯️ Dedicated to: • The father who never returned • The grandmother who walked through the wire • The mother who cried for seventeen years • The young generation — who must never forget © 2026 Memory Keeper Project.
