I. MỤC ĐÍCH
Chiếu theo quy định mới của Bộ Ngoại Giao và luật di trú hiện hành, mọi hành vi gian lận hồ sơ, khai man chiếu khán, quốc tịch, hoặc tư cách đảng viên cộng sản đều có thể bị xem là vi phạm và phải được báo cáo đến cơ quan hữu trách.
II. CƠ QUAN VÀ PHƯƠNG THỨC BÁO CÁO

III. NỘI DUNG CẦN CUNG CẤP KHI BÁO CÁO
Khi làm báo cáo, cần nêu rõ và chi tiết các dữ kiện sau:
* Họ tên và ngày sinh của đương sự.
* Quốc tịch.
* Tư cách đảng viên hoặc liên hệ với đảng cộng sản.
* Thông tin về hồ sơ chiếu khán hoặc di trú.
* Các số định danh, mã hồ sơ (nếu có).
* Bằng chứng hoặc nguồn tin bổ sung (nếu có).
IV. LƯU Ý

(On Reporting Immigration Fraud, Visa Misrepresentation, and Communist
Party Affiliation)
I. PURPOSE
Pursuant to the revised U.S. Department of State guidance and immigration
law, any fraudulent filing, visa or citizenship misrepresentation, or
membership/affiliation with the Communist Party or any totalitarian party
may constitute a violation and must be reported to the competent
authorities.
II. AGENCIES AND REPORTING CHANNELS
1. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

laws.

III. INFORMATION TO INCLUDE IN REPORTS
When submitting a report, provide as much detail as possible:

* Country of citizenship
* Communist Party membership or affiliation details
* Information regarding visa or immigration application
* Numeric identifiers, case numbers (if available)
* Any supporting evidence or sources
IV. IMPORTANT NOTES
* Reports to ICE may be submitted anonymously, but providing contact
information helps authorities follow up.
* Immigration officials will not provide updates regarding the status
or outcome of your report.
* Reports must be truthful and accurate; knowingly false reporting may
result in legal liability.
Advisory: When credible evidence of fraud or communist affiliation exists,
